Abhijeet Dipke, founder and convenor of the Cockroach Janta Party, stated on Sunday that people in Mumbai had taken to the streets once more in support of free and fair elections. He expressed solidarity with the protesters and called on all Indians to unite, describing the moment as critical.

Dipke noted that Mumbai was out on the streets again for free and fair elections. He extended solidarity to all the protesters involved. He added that all Indians need to come together and said it was now or never.

In a postscript, Dipke advised against questioning how the protests were being allowed in Mumbai. He pointed to a big cultural difference between the Maharashtra Police and the Delhi Police.

The statement was accompanied by video footage showing large crowds gathered on Mumbai streets, many holding national flags. Dipke’s remarks highlight his view on the ongoing street presence linked to demands for free and fair elections in the city.
